Grace Johnson
As co-owner of Blue Hen and founder of its sister company, BREAD, Grace Kent Johnson is the quintessential entrepreneur and business professional. A native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in architecture from Mississippi State University and leads one of the most successful and fastest growing branding companies in the region. Her greatest passion, a desire to build organizational unity to improve the lives of people, served as the founding principle for Blue Hen and drives every aspect of our unique approach.
“Most of our clients come to us because they feel that something isn’t right, but they can’t pinpoint what the issues are. We often find organizational division to be at the heart of the issue. Unity isn’t easy to build. However, we’ve seen the beauty of watching brands rise to unity within businesses or communities in conflict. It’s remarkable to see lives changed through unifying teams and to watch them work together to build powerful ideas, strategies, goals, and visions for the future. We entrench ourselves in partnerships with our clients to see that they create better days for the lives they impress.” – Grace
